About the KFC Scholarships: The KFC Foundation, which is affiliated with Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), provides scholarships to employees who want to further their education. The most famous is the “REACH Educational Grant Programme,” which was created to assist KFC restaurant employees in the United States in pursuing their educational goals, such as college degrees, trade certifications, and GED programs.ScholarshipBoard

The KFC Colonel’s Scholars program was established in 2006, one year prior to the global recession, and it depended on a less certain business climate than originally expected. KFC Foundation Scholarship Value and Inclusions

The KFC Scholarship winners will receive $2000 to $3000 for a 2-year or 4-year college. Selected Managers will receive $3,000 for the academic year; previous REACH Grant recipients receive $2,500 and first-time winners receive $2,000

Eligibility for the KFC Scholarship

  • Be a KFC U.S. Restaurant employee
  • Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States of America
  • Be a high school senior, high school graduate (or equivalent), college undergraduate, graduate, or trade or vocational school student (students of any age may apply)
  • Have a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
  • Be employed at a KFC U.S. restaurant that is participating in the KFC Foundation’s 2018 Cole Slaw Donation Programme.
  • Enrol either full-time or part-time in the 2020 spring term and earn a minimum of 12 credit hours during the 2020-21 academic year at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or trade or vocational school.

KFC Scholarship Step-by-Step Application Guide

  • Log in to your AIM account to be taken directly to the Welcome page of the KFC Foundation’s REACH Educational Grant application.
  • Complete all required fields in the online application and upload any required documents (such as a GED certificate, high school transcript, college transcript, and/or ACT/SAT scores).
  • Click the Submit button on the Save/Submit page of the online application.
  • The status Complete will display on your AIM Home page when all forms have been submitted and all documents have been verified.
  • Applicants are responsible for monitoring the progress of all application requirements to make sure their application is complete by 11:59 p.m. PT on September 27.
  • Late submissions will not be considered.
