About the Thrive Scholarship Program: The Thrive Scholarship Programme provides high-achieving students of colour from economically disadvantaged neighbourhoods with a comprehensive support system. The Thrive Scholarship was previously called the SCS Noonan Scholars. SCS Noonan Scholars began as a scholarship organization 20 years ago.  The new name, Thrive Scholars, captured our scholars’ aspirations for themselves and the ones the organization has for them. Every year, Thrive Scholars go to top colleges for free. They excel in their majors and flourish on their college campuses, and they graduate with exceptional grades. Our program equips high-achieving, underrepresented students to thrive at top colleges and in meaningful careers.

Eligibility for the Thrive Scholarship Program

The applicant must be:

• currently enrolled as a junior in high school
• SAT or PSAT score of 1200+ or ACT or Pre-ACT score of 25+ (*if available)
• Household income at or below $75,000
• Identify as one of the following:
  • A first-generation college student
  • A student of colour
