Hillside Work Scholarship Connection Program 2024 Application

About the Hillside Work Scholarship Connection: Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection (HWSC) is a nationally recognized youth development program that assists children in remaining in school, achieving academic achievement, and graduating from high school with the skills and confidence needed to succeed at home, college, and the workplace.

HWSC was founded in 1987 to reverse the trend of low high school graduation rates and assist students in realizing their full potential in the classroom, in the community, and in life. The program identifies kids in grades 7-12 who are capable of success but are on the verge of dropping out and matches them with a school-based Youth Advocate (YA) until graduation and for up to two years after high school.ScholarshipBoard
