How to Apply For The Big Y Scholarship
Fill in the information on the scholarship application form and attach the following to the application form:
- A copy of the transcript of grades
- Copy of college board scores
- Two letters of recommendation, at least one from a teacher. High school seniors can submit letters written for college entrance
- Personal resume or fact sheet detailing activities, awards, achievements, community involvement, leadership position, and class rank (if available)
- Students applying for scholarships in the military category must include a letter or statement from a military authority verifying service member status
- The application must be postmarked
- Return the application and supporting documents in a 9” X 12” envelope to the address below.
