About the Spokeo Connections Scholarship: The Spokeo Connections Scholarship is a Spokeo Inc. initiative to assist students in their academic pursuits. The Spokeo Connections Scholarship encourages self-evaluation in today’s millennial population. They are now searching for exemplary students who demonstrate a desire to find and achieve their dreams. Interested students are asked to submit an original essay for a one-time scholarship of $1,000 for the academic year.
Spokeo was founded in 2006 by a group of Stanford graduates and has expanded to about 100 employees, with headquarters in Pasadena’s historic old-town neighborhood.ScholarshipBoard

Eligibility for the Spokeo Connections Scholarship
- Must be accepted to a U.S.-based university or college (scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to your school).
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- To have graduated from high school or be awaiting admission into an accredited institution of higher learning
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Must submit a written essay between 800 and 1,250 words
- Must provide at least two completed letters of recommendation (recommendation letter form)
- Please submit all documents in English
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- You cannot be an employee or family member of an employee of Spokeo
