About the Open Door Russian Scholarship: All overseas applicants are invited to apply for the Masters and Ph.D. degree programmes under the Open Doors Russian Government Scholarship 2024. The Open Doors scholarship winners will receive a complete scholarship to study master’s or doctoral programmes at their chosen Russian university.
The “Global Universities” Association, in partnership with the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Education and Science, presents the Open Doors Russian Scholarship for International Students. The scholarship is awarded based on competition to pursue a master’s degree. The tournament is aimed at potential master’s programme applicants and permits winners and runner-ups to study at any Russian university for free.

Open Door Russian Scholarship Values and Inclusions
Students who are awarded the Open Doors Russian Scholarship are entitled to the following benefits:
- There will be no tuition fees because the Russian government will handle them.
- Monthly Stipend: You will receive a stipend to help with your living expenses.
- You will not have to sit for those arduous entrance examinations if you are admitted early.
- Sponsorship for trip to Russia
- Money for your supper
- Lodging (but university dormitories are reasonably priced, ranging from RUB 500 (about US$ 70) to RUB 5,000 (approximately US$ 780) per month)

Eligibility for the Open Door Russian Scholarship
To be eligible to apply for the Open Doors Russian Scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:
- The award is open to applicants of any nationality from around the world.

- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institution is required to apply for a Master’s Degree Scholarship.

Open Door Russian Scholarship Step-by-Step Application Guide
- The Open Doors Russian Scholarship is divided into two stages for Master’s degrees and three stages for PhDs, which are both completed online.
- Everyone is welcome to take part in the qualifying round. A portfolio competition is the initial (qualifying) stage format.
- The second (and final) stage format consists of solving problems.
- Finally, only PhD candidates will be interviewed with potential academic supervisors.
